The NC7SZ86 is a two-input OR dedicated single gate that belongs to ON Semiconductor's TinyLogic Ultra-Speed family. The device is fabricated using advanced CMOS technology to achieve ultra-high speed and high output drive while maintaining low static power consumption over a very wide VCC operating range. The device is specified to operate from a VCC operating range of 1.65 to 5.5V. When VCC is 0V, the input and output are high impedance. The input is tolerant to 6V independent of the VCC operating voltage.
