Logic device/transceiver/encoder

The NC7ST08 is a single 2-input high performance CMOS AND gate with TTL compatible inputs. An advanced silicon-gate CMOS fabrication process ensures high-speed and low-power circuit operation. ESD protection diodes are built in to protect the input and output of the VCC and GND rails. High-gain circuits provide higher noise immunity and reduce sensitivity to input edge rates. TTL compatible input facilitates TTL to NMOS/CMOS interface. Device performance is similar to MM74HCT but with 1/2 HC / HCT output current drive.
