The NC7SP74 is a single D-type CMOS flip-flop with preset and clear functions from ON Semiconductor's TinyLogic Ultra Low Power (ULP) family. Suitable for applications where battery life is critical, this product features ultra-low power consumption over a VCC operating range of 0.9V to 3.6V. The internal circuitry consists of a minimal inverter stage including output buffers for ultra-low static and dynamic power consumption. With low drive requirements, the NC7SP74 is uniquely designed for optimized power consumption and speed, and is fabricated on an advanced CMOS process for optimal speed operation while maintaining extremely low CMOS power consumption. The signal level applied to the D input is transferred to the Q output during the positive transition of the CLK pulse.
