The NL7SZ57 is an advanced high-speed CMOS multi-function gate. The device allows the user to select AND, OR, NAND, NOR, XNOR, INVERT, and BUFFER logic functions. The device features Schmitt trigger inputs for enhanced noise immunity. The NL7SZ57 input and output structure provides protection for application voltages up to 5.5 V regardless of the supply voltage.
