Logic device/transceiver/encoder
The VHCT00A is an advanced high-speed CMOS 2-input NAND gate fabricated in a silicon-gate CMOS process. It achieves high-speed operation similar to an equivalent bipolar Schottky TTL while maintaining CMOS low power consumption. This internal circuit consists of three stages including buffered outputs that provide high noise immunity and stable output. A protection circuit ensures that 0V to 7V is applied to the input pin regardless of the supply voltage and the output pin at VCC = 0V. These circuits prevent device damage due to mismatched power supplies and input/output voltages. This device can be used as an interface between 3V system and 5V system and both power systems such as battery backup.
