Logic device/transceiver/encoder
The NC7WZ241 is a dual non-inverting buffer with 3-state outputs. The output enable circuitry is organized with one buffer active low and the other buffer active high, thus enabling transceiver operation. Fabricated on an advanced CMOS process, this ultra-high-speed device achieves excellent switching performance and high output drive while maintaining low static power consumption over a very wide VCC operating range. The device is specified for VCC operation from 1.65 to 5.5V. When VCC is 0V, the input and output are high impedance. The input is tolerant to 5.5V regardless of the VCC operating range. In 3-state condition, the output withstand voltage is higher than VCC.
