Logic device/transceiver/encoder
The MC74VHC1G04 is an advanced high-speed CMOS inverter fabricated on a silicon-gate CMOS process. The internal circuit consists of multiple stages, including a buffer output that provides high noise immunity and stable output. The MC74VHC1G04 input structure provides protection when voltages up to 5.5 V are applied regardless of the supply voltage. Therefore, the MC74VHC1G04 can be used as an interface to 5 V to 3 V circuits.
