The MC74LCX125 is a high-performance quad non-inverting buffer that operates from 2.3 V to 3.6 V. High-impedance TTL-compatible inputs significantly reduce input driver current loading, while TTL-compatible outputs improve switching noise performance. The VI specification of 5.5V enables the MC74LCX125 inputs to be safely driven from 5V devices. The MC74LCX125 is suitable for memory address driven and all TTL level bus oriented transceiver applications. The current drive capability at the output is 24mA. The Output Enable (OEbar) input, if high, places the output in a high Z state, thereby disabling it.
