The NL17SZ07 is a high performance, single non-inverting buffer, operating from 1.65-5.5 V, featuring the very popular SC70/SC88a/SOT-353 encapsulation and a very small 1.6 X 1.6 X .6 mm SOT553 encapsulation.

MC74HCT366A has the same pinout as LS366. The device inputs are compatible with standard CMOS or LSTTL outputs. The device is a high-speed hex buffer with 3-state outputs and two common active-low output enables. When either enable is high, the buffer output is placed in a high impedance state. The HCT366A has an inverting output.
