Logic device/transceiver/encoder
The LVX14 contains six inverter gates each with a Schmitt trigger input. They are capable of converting slowly varying input signals into clearly defined, jitter-free output signals. In addition their noise margin is better than conventional inverters. The LVX14 has a hysteresis (typically 1.0V) between the positive-going and negative-going input thresholds which is determined internally by the transistor ratio and is essentially insensitive to temperature and supply voltage variations. Input withstand voltage up to 7V supports interface from 5V system to 3V system.
