QSD122, QSD123, QSD124 are silicon phototransistors with infrared transparent, black T-1 3/4 encapsulation.

The H11FXM series consists of a GaAlAs IRED light emitting diode optically coupled to a symmetrical bidirectional silicon photodetector. The detector is insulated from the input and functions like an ideal isolated FET, designed for distortion-free control of low-level AC and DC analog signals. The H11FXM series devices use dual column plug-inencapsulation.

The H11LXM series features a high-speed integrated circuit detector optically coupled to a gallium arsenide infrared light-emitting diode. The output incorporates a Schmitt trigger, providing hysteresis for noise immunity and pulse shaping. The detector circuit is optimized for operational simplicity and utilizes an open collector output for maximum application flexibility.

The QSE133 is a silicon photoelectric Darlington featuring a wide angle, IR transparent, black plastic sidelooker encapsulation.
