The NCP81071 is a high-speed dual low-side MOSFET driver. It is capable of delivering large peak currents to capacitive loads, up to 5A peak current in the Miller plateau, helping to reduce the Miller effect during MOSFET switching transitions. The device provides enabling features that provide users with greater control than existing solutions in a variety of applications. This part features MSOP8?EP encapsulation, SOIC8 encapsulation, DFN8 2 mm x 2 mm encapsulation and WDFN8 3 mm x 3 mm encapsulation.
