ON Semiconductor AS0140AT is a 1.0 MP format digital image sensor and image sensor processor for automotive viewing applications. The device includes fully automatic feature support (AWB and AE) and Adaptive Local Tone Mapping (ALTM) to enhance HDR video. The AS0140AT implements high-sensitivity 3.0 µm pixels and DR-Pix technology, as well as advanced noise reduction for excellent low-light performance. It can operate in interlaced (NTSC or PAL) or progressive mode, capturing images in linear or high dynamic range mode. The AS0140AT can operate in either video (primary) mode or single frame trigger mode, providing flexibility for multi-camera systems.
