The 74AUP1G97 is a general-purpose configurable 2-input logic gate high-performance, low-power solution that provides an ideal solution for battery-operated portable applications. This product is suitable for a wide low voltage operating range (0.8V to 3.6V) and guarantees very low static and dynamic power consumption over the entire voltage range. All inputs are implemented with hysteresis for slower transitioning input signals and better switching noise immunity. The 74AUP1G97 provides various functions determined by different configurations of the three inputs. Potential logic functions provided are AND, OR, NAND and NOR, inverter and buffer.
