The LVX138 is a high-speed 1/8 decoder/demultiplexer. This device is ideal for high speed bipolar memory chip select address decoding. Multiple inputs enable parallel expansion to 1/24 decoders using only three LVX138 devices, and parallel expansion to 1/32 decoders using four LVX138 devices and an inverter.
