FAN7083_GF085 is a high side gate driver IC with reset input. It is suitable for high voltage and high speed driving of MOSFETs or IGBTs operating at up to 600V. ON Semiconductor's high-voltage process and common-mode noise suppression technology provide stable operation for high-side drivers in high dv/dt noise environments. Advanced level shifting circuitry allows high-side gate driver operation up to VS = -5 V (typ) for VBS = 15 V. Logic inputs are compatible with standard CMOS outputs. A UVLO circuit prevents malfunction when VCC and VBS are below specified threshold voltages. It uses space-saving SOIC-8 encapsulation. The output driver has a minimum source and sink capability of 200mA and 400mA respectively, suitable for magnetic and piezoelectric injectors, and general MOSFET/IGBT based high side driver applications.
