The FAN7842 monolithic half-bridge gate driver IC can drive MOSFETs and IGBTs operating up to +200V. ON Semiconductor's high-voltage process and common-mode interference suppression technology provide stable operation of the high-side driver under high dv/dt interference conditions. Advanced level shifting circuitry allows high-side gate driver operation up to VS = -9.8 V (typ) for VBS = 15 V. The input logic levels are compatible with standard TTL family logic gates. UVLO circuits for both channels prevent faulty operation when VCC and VBS are below specified threshold voltages. The output driver circuit (source/sink) is typically 350mA/650mA, respectively.
