The NC7SV32 is a two-input OR single-gate from ON Semiconductor's TinyLogic Ultra Low Power (ULP-A) family. ULP-A is suitable for applications requiring very high speed, high drive and low power consumption. The product has a wide low-voltage operating range (0.9V to 3.6V VCC), suitable for applications with drive and speed requirements beyond the TinyLogicULP series, but still has best-in-class low power consumption. The NC7SV32 is designed to optimize power consumption and speed, using an advanced CMOS process to achieve high-speed operation while maintaining the low power consumption of CMOS.
