The NC7SZ38 is a single 2-input NAND gate with open-drain output stage, part of ON Semiconductor's TinyLogic UltraSpeed ​​family. The device is fabricated using advanced CMOS technology to achieve ultra-high speed and high output drive while maintaining low static power consumption over a very wide VCC operating range. The device is specified to operate from a VCC range of 1.65 to 5.5V. When VCC is 0V, the input and output are high impedance. The input is tolerant to 6V independent of the VCC operating voltage. In the high-impedance state, the open-drain output stage withstands voltages up to 6V independent of VCC.
