The NCP59744 is an ultra-low-drain voltage regulator capable of delivering more than 1.5 A of output current with a maximum drain voltage of 60 mV (typical) at full load current. These devices are stable with ceramic and any other output capacitors ≥ 2.2 µF. This series includes adjustable output voltage versions down to 0.8 V output voltage. Internal protection features include built-in thermal shutdown and output current limit protection. Both QFN and DFN versions offer user-programmable soft-start and power-good pins. NCP59748 uses DFN10 3×3 and QFN20 5×5 encapsulation.
