The NCP81146 is a high-performance dual MOSFET gate driver suitable for driving the gates of high-side and low-side power MOSFETs in synchronous buck converters. It can drive loads up to 3 nF with 25 ns propagation delay and 20 ns transition time. Adaptive anti-cross-conduction and power-saving operation circuitry provides low switching loss and high energy efficiency for notebook and desktop systems. A bidirectional EN pin provides a fault signal to the controller when a gate driver fault is detected at OVP, UVLO occurs. In addition, when the power supply voltage is low, the undervoltage lockout function ensures that the output is low.
