The NCP81151 is a high-performance dual MOSFET gate driver suitable for driving the gates of high-side and low-side power MOSFETs in synchronous buck converters. It is capable of driving loads up to 3.0 nF with a propagation delay of 25 ns and a transition time of 25 ns. Adaptive anti-cross-conduction and power-saving operation circuitry provides low switching loss and high energy efficiency for notebook and desktop systems. The UVLO function guarantees a low output when the supply voltage is low.
