The NCP81152 is a high-performance dual MOSFET gate driver optimized to drive the high-side and low-side power MOSFETs of a synchronous buck converter. Together, the two drivers are encapsulated in a 2.5 mm x 3.5 mm QFN16 encapsulation, greatly reducing the footprint compared to two discrete drivers. Adaptive anti-cross-conduction and power-saving operation can provide low switching loss and high energy efficiency scheme. An undervoltage lockout feature ensures a low output when the supply voltage is low.
