The MC33071/72/74, MC34071/72/74, and NCV33072/74A series of monolithic operational amplifiers utilize high-quality bipolar manufacturing with innovative design concepts. These op amps offer a 4.5 MHz gain bandwidth product, 13 V/?s slew rate, and fast stabilization time without the use of JFET device technology. Although this series can be based on split-supply operation, it is more suitable for single-supply operation because the common-mode input voltage range includes a ground potential (VEE). This series uses a Darlington input stage with high input resistance, low input offset voltage, and high gain. The all-NPN output stage features no deadband crossover distortion and large output voltage swing, providing high capacitance drive capability, excellent phase and gain margins, low open-loop? high frequency output impedance and symmetrical source/draw AC frequency response.The MC33071/72/74, MC34071/72? /74, and NCV33072/74 A Series devices are available in standard or premium performance (A suffix) ratings and are specified for commercial, industrial/vehicle, or military temperature ranges. The full range of single, dual, and quad operational amplifiers are available in plastic DIP, SOIC, and TSSOP surface mount encapsulation.
