The NCV8177 is a CMOS LDO regulator with 500 mA output current capability. The input voltage is as low as 1.6 V, and the output voltage can be programmed above 0.75 V. It provides a very stable and accurate voltage with very low noise and high power supply rejection ratio (PSRR) for RF applications. The NCV8177 is suitable for powering RF blocks in automotive infotainment systems and other power sensitive devices. Due to the low power consumption of the NCV8177, it provides high energy efficiency and low heat dissipation. The device features a 4-pin XDFN4 1.0 mm x 1.0 mm encapsulation, making it ideal for space-constrained applications.
