RURD660S9A_F085 is a fast diode with soft restore characteristics (trr< 83ns). It has a low forward voltage drop and has a silicon nitride passivated ion-implanted epitaxial planar structure. The device is primarily used as a freewheeling/clamping diode and rectifier in various switching power supplies and other power switching applications. Its low stored charge and fast soft restore feature minimizes ringing and electrical noise in many power switching circuits, thereby reducing power dissipation in switching transistors.
