AiP6150H adopts H-bridge circuit structure design and high-reliability power tube technology, which is especially suitable for driving inductive loads such as coils and motors. N-channel and P-channel power MOSFETs are integrated inside the circuit, and the operating voltage range covers 8V to 24V. At 27°C and VM=24V, the maximum continuous output current of SOP8encapsulation reaches 0.55A, and the maximum peak output current reaches 1.5A. Working temperature: -40℃~ +85℃.
