The device is an 8-line EMI filter array for wireless applications. Greater than -25 dB attenuation is achieved at frequencies in the 800 MHz to 5.0 GHz range. With a cutoff frequency of 160 MHz, the NUF8001MU can be used for applications with data rates up to 60 MHz or 120 Mbps. This UDFN package is designed to enhance the EMI filtering performance of electronic components in small-outline or thin-profile designs, especially in applications where space and height are at a premium. It also provides ESD protection, clamping against electrostatic discharge transients. All capacitors provide ESD protection.
