FFH30S60S is a STEALTH II diode with soft restore characteristics. It is a silicon nitride passivated ion-implanted epitaxial planar structure. The device is suitable for use as boost diode freewheeling in switching power supplies and other power switching applications. Their low stored charge and Hyperfast soft restore minimize ringing and electrical noise in many power switching circuits, reducing power loss in switching transistors.
