The FND43060T is a power module for motion control for AC motor drives in low power applications such as air conditioners and industrial inverters, providing a very compact and high performance inverter solution. Using a fully isolated encapsulation, it combines a low-power short-circuit rated IGBT with an optimized gate driver to provide a simple and reliable design. System reliability is further enhanced by a built-in NTC for temperature monitoring, integrated undervoltage lockout for high and low side, and overcurrent protection input. Three separate open-emitter pins for the low-side IGBT enable three-leg current sensing. Built-in bootstrap diode and dedicated VS pin simplify PCB layout.
