The FUSB252 is an integrated port protection switch for USB Type-C applications. This product will protect the HSD+/- and CCx pins when they are stressed with a voltage of 20 V. Overvoltage protection (OVP) at 5.8 V typical will protect the system from electrical overstress (EOS) damage. This product comes with a fully integrated USB 2.0 switch for HSD+/- that can be easily integrated into existing solutions.The HSD switch passes USB 2.0 signals at 1 GHz bandwidth to maintain signal integrity and eye protection compliance. The CC switch has an extremely low RON of 0.3 ? The CC switch has an extremely low RON of 0.3 ?0 to minimize signal degradation, and the FUSB252 also offers C-type compliant battery-less support.
