Low-power digital temperature sensor GX112X is a high-precision, low-power digital temperature sensor that can replace NTC/PTC thermistors, and can be used for temperature in communication, computer, consumer electronics, environmental, industrial and instrumentation applications Measurement. The GX112X provides a temperature accuracy of ≤±0.5°C within the normal operating range of -40°C to +125°C, and has good temperature linearity. GX112X can provide extended temperature measurement mode, extending the temperature measurement range from -55°C to +150°C. \nThe rated working voltage range of GX112X is 1.4V~5.5V, and the maximum quiescent current is 10?A in the whole working range (temperature measurement frequency 4Hz). The on-chip 12-bit ADC has a resolution as low as 0.0625°C. The GX112X is packaged in a 0.725mm×0.725mm 4-Ball wafer-level package. The two-wire interface of GX112X is compatible with SMBus and I 2 C communication methods, and supports multi-chip access (MDA) commands, allowing the host to communicate with multiple chips on the bus at the same time without sending read and write commands to each chip separately.
