The NCV4263?2C is a 200 mA LDO regulator with integrated supervisory functions, designed for microprocessor applications. Its ruggedness allows the NCV4263™2C to be used in harsh automotive environments. An enable function can be used to reduce the quiescent current to below 10 A. The NCV4263?2C includes protection features such as current limit, thermal shutdown, and reverse output current protection. The regulator also provides a supervisory, reset function with adjustable threshold and adjustable power-on reset delay time.
