The LFPAK Ultrafast rectifier offers fast switching performance with soft recovery in a compact thermally efficient encapsulation. LFPAK encapsulation provides an excellent alternative to DPAK with equally good thermal performance in less than half the board space. Its small form factor makes it an excellent option for flat panel displays and other applications where vertical clearance is limited. The device provides low leakage current over time and is suitable for applications requiring low quiescent current.
