The IBIS4-6600 is a monochrome solid-state CMOS image sensor that integrates a complete analog image acquisition along with a digitizer and digital signal processing system on a single chip. This image sensor has a resolution of 6.6 megapixels and an effective pixel count of 2210 x 3002. Image size is fully programmable with user-defined windows. The pixel pitch is 3.5 µm.
