This digital transistor is suitable for replacing a single device and its external resistor bias network. This bipolar digital transistor consists of a transistor with a monolithic bias network consisting of two resistors: a series base resistor and a base-emitter resistor. Because the individual components are integrated into a single device, they are eliminated, reducing system cost and board space.
