The device consists of two custom N-channel MOSFETs with dual Power33 (3 mm X 3 mm MLP) encapsulation. The switch nodes are already interconnected for easy placement and routing of the synchronous buck converter. The control MOSFET (Q1) and sync MOSFET (Q2) provide the best power efficiency.
