RHRG3060_F085 is an ultra-high-speed <diode with soft recovery characteristics (trr 45ns). The recovery time is only half that of ultra-fast diodes, and the epitaxial planar structure is implanted with silicon nitride passivation ion implantation. The device is primarily intended for use as freewheeling/clamping diodes and rectifiers in various automotive switching power supplies and other power switching automotive applications. Its low stored charge and ultra-fast soft recovery minimize ringing and electrical noise in many power switching circuits, thereby reducing power dissipation in switching transistors.
