The RHRG5060_F085 is an ultra-fast <diode with soft recovery characteristics (trr 45ns). It uses silicon nitride passivation ion-implanted epitaxial planar structure, its recovery time is only half of the recovery time of ultra-fast diodes. The device is primarily intended for use as freewheeling/clamping diodes and rectifiers in various automotive switching power supplies and other power switching automotive applications. Its low stored charge and ultra-fast soft recovery minimize ringing and electrical noise in many power switching circuits, thereby reducing power dissipation in switching transistors.
